Project Name:

From Dream to Reality Capital Campaign

Project Goals:

To raise $1.5 million to build a new library facility that will provide Ancram, Copake and Hillsdale with a library and cultural center that will meet community needs for many years to come.

With FDA managing the project, the Roeliff Jansen Community Library raised more than $2.35 million, enabling the Library to build a LEED certified facility. Funding included numerous private contributions, corporate and foundation grants, as well as state funding.

The Roeliff Jansen Community Library Capital Campaign would not have been successful without the guidance and support of FDA. From the initial feasibility study to the opening day celebration, FDA was fully invested in our cause and our success. They were instrumental in obtaining foundation and government grants as well as individual donations. Thanks to FDA, the Campaign exceeded its goal by a significant amount.
